Steen supports operations for both The Litchfield Company and IndigoOak Real Estate, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and transactions.

As Office Administrator, Marne manages daily operations, oversees agent transactions, and provides the essential systems and structure that keep the office running efficiently. Her experience spans multiple divisions, including new-home construction with Great Southern Homes, further refining her expertise in builder relations and agent support.

Dedicated, detail-oriented, and deeply reliable, Marne is known for her positive energy and commitment to helping agents succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, and making memories with her nephews, niece, and her beloved dog, Rider.

With a blend of graphic design expertise and strategic business insight, Hayley Cape leads the creative direction at IndigoOak Christie’s International Real Estate. In her role as Marketing and Brand Strategist, she ensures the brokerage’s visual identity is polished, intentional, and deeply resonant with clients, agents, and the communities it serves.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Liberty University, Hayley creates thoughtful, visually driven work that captures the essence of each property and agent while emphasizing individuality, value, and clarity. Her designs reflect a balance of artistry and purpose, with every detail reinforcing the brand’s refined and understated approach to luxury.

Hayley further strengthened her perspective through earning a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University, allowing her to seamlessly integrate creative vision with strategic business objectives.

Stuart Owen serves as Corporate IT Administrator at IndigoOak Christie’s International Real Estate, bringing over a decade of experience and a deep specialization in cybersecurity to the team. Known for his analytical mindset and problem-solving expertise, Stuart ensures the seamless operation and security of the brokerage’s complex IT systems.

Proficient across Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux platforms, Stuart manages system administration, network infrastructure, and user access with precision and foresight. His experience supporting businesses and C-suite executives has honed his ability to navigate high-stakes situations while delivering strategic, reliable solutions.

Stuart also collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to implement technology that enhances workflows, digital platforms, and content delivery. His blend of technical skill, strategic insight, and dedication to service makes him a vital contributor to IndigoOak’s operations.
