As a longtime Charleston resident, I know firsthand what makes this city such an extraordinary place to call home.

My family relocated here in 2003 from New York City with two young children and a dream of building a life rooted in history, culture, community, and coastal living. We found everything we were searching for—and more—as Charleston has grown into one of America’s most celebrated destinations, earning recognition as the nation’s #1 City for 14 consecutive years.

Over the past two decades, I have lived or worked throughout many of the Charleston area’s most desirable communities, including downtown Charleston, Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, James Island, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island. This firsthand experience allows me to provide clients with valuable local insight and guidance tailored to their unique lifestyle and investment goals.

Having also lived in New England, the Western United States, France, and Spain—and with close ties to the San Francisco Bay Area—I understand the excitement and challenges that come with relocating. As a fluent Spanish and French speaker, I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and assisting buyers and sellers relocating locally, nationally, and internationally.

Real estate has also been a significant part of my own family’s journey. As both investors and homeowners, we have purchased, built, renovated, and leased more than 15 properties. I served as the designer and finishes contractor for a luxury home on Daniel Island that was later featured on HGTV, giving me a unique perspective on construction quality, design, renovations, and maximizing a property’s value. My work with the Historic Charleston Foundation has also provided me with an appreciation for the architectural standards and preservation efforts that make Charleston one of the world’s most remarkable historic cities.
